Influenced by the raw sensibilities of Japanese street photography, this black-and-white series documents a participatory performance at Intersections Gallery, Singapore. Centered on a broken shopping cart held together by rope and the hands of audience members, the work reflects on themes of fragility, collective repair, and interdependence. The cart—stripped of utility—becomes a sculptural metaphor for systems under strain, while the audience’s physical engagement transforms them into co-creators.
