This photographic exchange examines the entanglement of fashion, ritual, and sustainability. A plastic-wrapped figure, styled in the language of bridal couture, becomes a symbol of both beauty and burden—questioning the disposability of modern fashion and the weight of inherited ceremonial norms. The material, simultaneously translucent and constricting, frames the body in a quiet tension, evoking the ways in which cultural ideals bind and define. Through this collaboration, waste is recontextualized as a material of reflection, revealing new layers of elegance, critique, and constraint.
